Are you Haddenham, Bucks?
No, We are in Cambridgeshire! Please check you sat nav before setting off....
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, we are only accepting two-legged visitors. Guide dogs are welcome though.
Can I bring my own booze?
Really?! We have gallons of the stuff for all tastes. There WILL be something you'll like!
Have you got any lager?
Nope......... (Also, see above!)
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, especially if you have crisps/pies/cakes and offer them to the committee!
What about chairs or a gazebo?
We have chairs, tables and a few shade marquees around the site but you are welcome to bring your own. Just try not to block everyones view of the stage!
Why haven't you got plastic glasses?
Over the last few years, we have used thousands of plastic glasses and they mostly get chucked in the general waste (despite our best efforts). So, this year we are trying to reduce our waste and will only be selling proper glasses, Athough you are welcome to bring your own.
I'd like to blend in. Can I get a T-shirt?
Certainly! If you would like an official Haddenham Beer Festival T-shirt (LIMITED EDITION!), message us before the event or buy one when you get here. Alternatively, all of our volunteers get a limited edition Staff T-shirt - It could be YOU, just drop us a line!
Are you child friendly?
Yes (although our own kids can be tiresome at times...). We have loads for children to do, especially on Saturday and Sunday. There will be bouncy castles, organised activities, games and shows especially for young ones and lot's of village clubs and organisations will have stalls with things for kids to do.
Is the site accessible for people with additional needs?
The site offers level access for wheelchairs and scooters. We offer accessible toilets in the pavillion and our volunteers will be on hand over the weekend to offer assistance. Parking may be available near the entrance if you let us know in advance. Just ask.
Is there security on site?
Yes, there will be specialist security staff on site throughout the weekend for your peace of mind. we also have designated first aiders.
Where can I park?
Parking is not available on site and we will be reserving the Hop Row car park for delveries and staff. Please use the on road parking in the village and don't park on Hop Row. Duck Lane and Aldreth Road will be quieter....
What happens if Zombies/Aliens show up?
Run from Zombies, welcome Aliens (Unless they have lasers/probes, then run).
