Baker’s Dozen - Oakham  

1. Spanish Inquisition - 5.4%  

Dressed in red and bursting with Amarillo and Mosaic hops, nobody expects the Spanish  Inquisition! 

2. Phantom - 3.8% V. 

Pale Session hopped with trial hop from Yakima Valley 'YCH 303 x Phantasm' for  paranormal aroma and flavour! 

3. Stamford Pale - 4.0% 

A classic pale and fruity sessionable beer 

Brewboard - Cambridge  

4. Ripchord - 4.3% V. G. 

A Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hop journey. Immediate refreshing bitterness flows into faint  passion fruit and grapefruit aromas floating above a slightly sweet pale malt base. 

Burwell Brewery - Burwell  

5. Burwell Sunshine - 5.0% V. G. 

Golden colour. Initial citrus notes and a light malt with gentle bitterness. Great for quaffing  on a hot summer’s day. 

6. Margret’s Field - 4.8% V. G. 

Rich gold colour. Grapefruit notes. Satisfying malt hint, full-bodied with a crisp citrus finish.  Ideal all year round. 

Digfield - Barnwell 

7. ChiffChaff - 3.9%  

A golden pale ale with a distinctive hoppy aroma. Contains; Goldings, First Gold, Amorillo  and Chinook hops. 

8. Fool’s Nook - 3.8%  

A well hopped refreshing summer bitter.  

Contains Cascade and Goldings hops  

Humpty Dumpty - Norwich 

9. Reedcutter - 4.4%  

A premium golden ale with English & US hop varieties giving a spicy bitterness & a fruity  citrus finish 

10. Little Sharpie - 3.8%  

Best-selling golden session bitter – a delicate hop aroma leads to a light clean tasting  pleasant finish. 

11. Reedham Gold - 3.6%  

Very pale & hoppy session ale with US Cascade & Summit hops  

Ivo Brewery - Cambridge 

12. 601 Club - 6.1%  

Very pale & hoppy session ale with US Cascade & Summit hops 

13. Car Park cuddle - 3.8%  

This is a Pale Ale with plenty of extra hoppy goodness. An all-English malt base loaded with  American hops for an easy drinking pale ale and a perfect thirst quencher.  14. She Keeps It Nice - 4.5%  

A real fruit bomb with lashings of hop flavour throughout. Plenty of malt too gives this beer  the depth to compensate for the hop overload.  

Lord Conrads - Dry Drayton 

15. Jam Mallow - 5.0% V. 

Coconut and Jam, a Caribbean afternoon tea in a pint glass. 

16. Kaiju - 5.0% V. 

Hazy Tropical fruit IPA. Very crafty. 

17. Riptide - 5.0% V. 

Oatmeal and Fresh Watermelon Hazy ale. 

18. Spiffing Wheeze - 3.9% V. 

Lemongrass and pepper white ale. 

19. Summer IPA - 5.0% V. 

A lightly citrus IPA, perfect for a summer’s day 

Mile Tree - Peterborough 

20. Citra blonde - 4.3% 

Refreshing blonde ale with subtle hints of melon and a clean, light lemon hop flavour. 21. Hopfire Pale - 4.0%  

Powerfully hopped pale IPA using Columbus, Mosaic & Citra hops. 

22. Meadowgold - 3.8%  

Pale gold with lots of hoppy aromas and flavours from Cascade and Columbus hops.  

Milton Brewery - Waterbeach 

23. Justinian - 3.9%  

Crisp pale bronze-coloured bitter. Attractive bitter orange flavours persist into a satisfying  lasting finish.

24. Orion - 3.4%  

Crisp session bitter. Created in September 2023 using finest Maris Otter pale malt , Galena  and Citra hops. 

25. Pegasus - 4.1%  

Complex copper-coloured beer. The initial hoppiness is balanced with a long fruity, malty  finish. 

26. Prometheus - 6.0% 

A true IPA. Strong, hoppy, bitter and delicious. A blend of five hops gives this pale ale a  proper punch. 

27. Sparta - 4.3%  

Refreshing pale bitter. Packed with hop flavours and crisp bitterness.  

Moonshine Brewery - Fulbourn 

28. Blood Moon - 6.0% V. 

Brewed with a blend of English and German malts. American Columbus hops are used  throughout the boil, dry hopped with English Phoenix hops. 

29. Blueberry Ale - 4.6% V. 

Red coloured beer, brewed with the addition of fresh blueberries. Light, fruity, refreshing  and thirst quenching. 

30. Cambridge Pale Ale - 3.6% V.  

Pale coloured beer. A well balanced beer with a smooth malt profile that is complemented  by a restrained hop flavour. 

31. Frank (Zappa) - 4.2% V. 

Pale session beer. Spicey with hints of Mango, Passion Fruit with a citrus aroma. 32. Heavenly Matter - 4.1% V. 

A crisp, clean, straw coloured light bodied beer. Citra hops are prominent throughout, with  a huge hoppy citrus, tropical fruit aroma.  

Papworth - Earith 

33. Crystal Ship - 4.5%  

A crisp Pilsen body, with bitter pine notes lead to a strong citrus finish 34. Culture Shock - 5.0%  

A craft lager brewed in the style of a Helles, with an underlying sweetness from Vienna malt  and light spice finish from the Nobel hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing. 35. Fen Skater - 4.0%  

Refreshing fruity hoppiness that glides across the palate. Brewed with Pilsen malt and a  combination of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops providing fresh fruity flavours. 36. Mild Thing - 3.3%  

This mild ale is full of flavour and delivers a smooth and delicate hop finish - but without  any wild rumpus or guitar smashing antics. 

37. Pass the Porter - 5.5%  

This strong porter is deliciously smooth and rich, with complex flavours from four dark  malts perfectly balanced with bitterness from Centennial and Simcoe hops 38. Whitfield Citra Bolt - 3.8%  

Refreshing lemon and grapefruit aromas and flavours dominate initially giving way to a  lasting dry, bitter aftertaste 

39. Whispering Grass - 3.8% 

The subtle character of Maris Otter malt is perfectly balanced with a strong and dry hop  finish from First Gold hops.  

Rocket Ales- Great Staughton 

40. Black Knight - 4.0%  

Made with multiple types of darker malt for layers of flavour. The dark colour of this beer  comes from chocolate malt. 

41. Electron - 3.9% 

New Zealand style Pale Ale using the classic NZ hop, Nelson Sauvin. This beer is naturally  hazy though 

42. Meteor - 3.9% 

Pale Ale using the American Idaho 7 hop for stone and tropical fruit flavours  

Three Blind Mice- Little Downham 

43. Juice Rocket - 4.5% V. 

A juicy, hoppy session I.P.A using Mosaic, Citra & Columbus hops. 

44. Lonely Snake - 4.6% V. 

Mosaic & Simcoe Edition of this classic pale American ale. 

45. Simple Stout - 4.5% V. 

Roasted Oatmeal Stout, simple and satisfying.  

Xtreme Ales- Peterborough 

46. Galaxy - 5.0% 

A refreshing IPA with citrus nose. Dry grapefruit pallet, refined bitter after taste and vibrant  zesty mouth feel. 

47. Tutti FruitiX - 4.3% 

A golden pale with a sweet mango nose and a subtle raspberry finish. Light and refreshing  

XT Brewing - Haddenham (Bucks!) 

48. “The Other One” Festival Ale - 4.2% 

An American style IPA packed with Chinook, Columbus and Cascade hops from the  American North West: crisp, clean and refreshing. Brewed for the combined Haddenham  festivals, in partnership with our compatriots in Haddenham, Bucks.

 

CIDERS

 

Cromwell Ciders- Hemingford Grey 

49. Oliver's Sweetheart - 6.5% 

A sweeter cider, similar to Choice with a softer finish. 

50. Oliver's Choice - 6.9% 

A medium dry cider, light in colour and with a slight residual sparkle.  

Spinney Abbey - Wicken 

51. Dirty Habit - 4.0% 

Sweet, easy drinking session cider. 

52. Monk and Disorderly - 6.1% 

Clean and crisp, a very easy drinking cider, fit for all occasions, a real festival favourite. 53. Nice Pear - 5.0% 

An apple cider with a pear twist.  

54. Prior Warning - 4.0% 

A slight hint of grapefruit, you have been warned (contains sulphates). 55. Virgin on the Ridiculous - 6.1%  

A ridiculously good medium dry cider.  

Watergull Orchard - Chatteris 

56. Blackcurrant - 5.0% 

Cider with a blaze of blackcurrant.  

57. Elderflower - 5.0% 

Hints of elderflower over a still apple base, what is there not to like? 58. Mango - 5.0% 

A tropical twist on the medium farmhouse cider. 

59. Perry - 5.0%  

A traditional perry. 

 

GIN and VODKA

 

60. Strawberry - 5.0%  

A strawberry twist on the classic still farmhouse cider. 

Whitley Neill Gin 

61. Apples and Red Berries Gin - 43%  

Notes of crisp red and green apple meet sweet, Scottish raspberry, black cherry and  strawberry notes creating a gin that is packed with flavour. 

62. Blood Orange Gin - 43%  

A handcrafted Gin of exceptional quality, that's bursting with the dynamic citrus flavour of  Sicilian blood oranges in every drop, for a smooth, crisp taste of the Mediterranean sun.  63. Distiller’s Cut Gin - 43% 

Pairing the iconic baobab tree logo alongside the Union flag, a toast to Britain past present  and future. 

64. Pineapple Gin - 43%  

Aroma Tropical fruit and zesty citrus with notes of freshly cut pineapple, lemon and  earthiness. Palate Juniper and a little pepper lead into a crescendo of tropical pineapple  and smooth citrus. Finish Rich notes of citrus continue alongside tropical fruit and a hint of  spice. 

65. Pink Grapefruit Gin - 43%  

On the palate, sweet citrusy notes give way to a balanced grapefruit burst. Exceptional  quality with a smooth, citrus taste of the mediterranean sun. 

66. Raspberry Gin - 43%  

An initial and distinct juniper, coriander and liquorice flavour that gives way to a bright,  fresh vibrant taste of Scottish raspberries.  

67. Rhubarb & Ginger Gin - 43%  

The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger  extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.  

Absolut Vodka
