The Beer and Cider List for 2016

The list of all the available beers and ciders available at the Haddenham Beer Festival 2016. There will also be Pimms and sparkling wine available as well as a large selection of soft drinks.

The Beer List

Fellows Brewery – Cottenham

Gulping Fellow - 4.2% abv
A dry, bitter finish complements the spicy hop character of this full flavoured and well balanced best bitter.

Shy'Ann - 4.5% abv
A golden bitter ale bursting with floral and fruity citrus aromas and flavours. Dry hopped with Cascade and Chinook.

Crafty Fellow - 4.5% abv
A golden ale with light biscuity malt with plenty of fruity grapefruit and citrus

Old Fellow IPA - 7.2% abv
Amber in colour. Floral with big hop character, with enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.

Lord Conrad’s Brewery – Dry Drayton

Her Majestea 3.8% abv
Brewed for the queen birthday. - Our Jubilee celebration is brewed with first gold and bramling cross hops and cold infused with our Empire-building special ingredient, Organic Fair Trade Earl Grey!

Slap n Tickle 4.3% abv
Tickle your fancy with a slap of summer refreshment. A light ale brewed with American hops in two stages to give a lasting finish

Zulu Dawn 3.5% abv
Zulu bites back with this modern take on a dark ale,this dark mild overrides the senses and enlightens the soul. UK assured malted roasted barley and Crystal malt.

Mile Tree Brewery - Wisbech

Elderflower & Lemon Summer Ale 3.6% abv
Golden summer ale brewed with Elderflowers & Lemon zest.

Meadowgold 3.8% abv
Pale gold, brewed with Willamette and Cascade hops giving fruit and floral hop aromas.

Dark Secret 3.8% abv
Dark mild ale with flavours of caramelised sugars and rich dark fruits.

Running Blonde 4.0% abv
Golden blonde session ale. Fruity malt flavours with a balanced hop finish..

Wellstream 4.9% abv
Full-bodied English premium ale. Ruby brown in colour with rich malt flavours.

Crescent Ale 3.9% abv
Traditional English ale, chestnut brown in colour. A fruity malt taste balanced with bitterness from classic English hops.

Milton Brewery - Cambridge

Dionysus 3.6% abv
Straw coloured bitter, powerfully hoppy, with a fine citrus finish.

Justinian 3.9% abv
Crisp pale bronze-coloured bitter. Attractive bitter orange flavours persist into a satisfying lasting finish.

Pegasus 4.1% abv
Complex copper-coloured beer. The initial hoppiness is balanced with a long fruity, malty finish.

Sparta 4.3% abv
Refreshing pale bitter. Packed with hop flavours and crisp bitterness.

Minerva 4.6% abv
Golden ale. Brewed with US, NZ and British hops for a powerful hop punch and satisfying bitterness.

Medusa 4.6% abv
Strong mild. Cocoa, vanilla and fruitcake aromas are backed by a satisfying yet subtle bitterness.

Cyclops 5.3% abv
Light copper coloured ale, with a rich hoppy aroma, full body, fruit and malt notes develop in the finish.

Moonshine Brewery - Fulbourn

Cambridge Pale Ale 3.8% abv
Pale coloured ale: a well-balanced beer with a smooth malt profile that is complemented by a restrained hop flavour.

Heavenly Matter 4.1% abv
A crisp, clean, straw coloured light bodied beer. Citra hops are prominent throughout, with a huge hoppy citrus, tropical fruit aroma.

Premium Best Bitter 5.5% abv
Brewed on April's Full Moon - A strong, mid-coloured Best Bitter with prominent New World hops. Dry hopped with Amarillo and Summer hops for extra aroma.

Saffron Brewery - Bishop's Stortford

Saffron Citra 3.8% abv
Light golden ale. Brewed with citra hops to create a grapefruit aroma with a crisp gooseberry finish

Rambler's Tipple 3.9% abv
Rich copper coloured ale. Easy drinking medium bitter with toffee and caramel flavours.

Saffron Blonde  4.2% abv
Light golden ale. A delicate balance of citrus and malty flavours create a crisp, refreshing ale

Turpin's Temptation 4.8% abv
Warming malty beer with nutty and bittersweet toffee flavours.

Saffron Porter 5.2% abv
Ruby porter with rich chocolate and coffee aromas. Ruby port and red grape juice create a soft fruit and spice finish

The Cambridge Brew House – Cambridge

Kings Parade 3.8% abv
Easy drinking bitter. Malty and biscuity flavours excite the palate while a generous helping of British hops bring a light refreshing bitterness. Earthy, spicy and biscuity on the nose, with malt and fruit flavours are obvious on the finish.

Brewhouse IPA 4.3% abv
Fruity and refreshing session ale with citrus and tropical fruit aroma and a citrus peel bitterness

Three Blind Mice - Little Downham

Lonely Snake Simcoe 3.5% abv
A special edition, Simcoe hopped version of one of our most popular beers. Highly drinkable pale ale Sunshine in a glass.

Old Brown Mouse 4.2% abv
Traditional best bitter. Caramel & twiggy malt flavours. Delicately hopped with Palisade & Williamette.

Six One Seven 4.6% abv
All day IPA. Easier drinking than a full on IPA. Tropical fruit flavours & good bitterness from a sh** load of Simcoe, Amarillo, Belma & Calypso hops.

The Ciders & Perry List

Pickled Pig - Stretham

Porker's Snout 6.5% abv
Medium sweet cider with a full and fruity taste. Our original and still a favourite.

Old Spot 6.5% abv
Medium dry cider. Crisp, dry and refreshing. Usually preferred by seasoned cider drinkers.

Naughty Sow 6% abv
Sweet cider with big mouthfuls of fruit. Deceptive in its fruity apple juice guise so be careful - naughty sow!

Toffee Apple 6% abv
Sweet cider made using a single variety of apple. Fruity with a hint of toffee at the end.

Apples & Pears Perry 6% abv
A sweet perry (pear) made using three varieties of pear with a little Bramley juice for acidity. Fruity with a rich soft finish. Bronze medal winner already this year!

Spinney Abbey - Wicken

Monk and Disorderly 5.6% abv
Clean and crisp, very easy drinking.

Virgin on the Ridiculous 5.6% abv
A medium cider with a fruity taste.

Nun Bee-Having Badly 5.6% abv
Sweet Cider, flavoured with honey to make it ultra-smooth and easy drinking.
